1. These Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this web site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.

2. Our Contract

Kondor are providing a landing page that takes you directly through to Vodafone in the UK via its Affiliate Program. At no point during the process do you enter into a pay monthly airtime agreement with Kondor Limited. Kondor will send the Amazon Voucher associated with the chosen tariff once you are confirmed as a valid customer by Vodafone.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable and free UK delivery.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) Vodafone accepts your order.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.

4. Age Requirements

If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.

5. Delivery

Vouchers will be e-mailed to the e-mail address specified when completing your order.

6. Delivery Times

Voucher will be e-mailed after payment has been made on your second bill cycle. Approximately 8-10 weeks after initially taking out your new contract

Please allow 40 days before reporting non-delivery of your voucher as Vodafone will not confirm you as a valid customer until after 5 weeks.

7. Missing, Damaged and Incorrect Orders

We try very hard to ensure that you receive you voucher quickly. If you do not receive your voucher, please check whether they may be being moved to your Span/Junk email. If you have not received your voucher you can contact customer services by e-mail us at customerservices@kondor.co.uk or telephone 01425 284000.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Any cancellation of your pay monthly airtime agreement is subject to the terms set out in your Vodafone Contract.

9. This Website

This website is run by Kondor Limited under licence from Vodafone.

10. General

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

11. Error & Omissions Excepted

Every care is taken to ensure that all information on this web site is present and correct. But there may still be errors on this web site. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and / or omissions are present.

It is advisable to check both specification and pricing before quoting, ordering or using information provided on this web site.
